**Your role**
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. Your expertise will drive the automation, observability, and operational excellence that are at the heart of our growth. While your focus will be to work with European cloud providers, Github CI/CD, modern monitoring, and a microservices approach \- you’ll also collaborate across the wider Assessio group, with opportunities to broaden your horizons in Kubernetes, AWS, and cutting\-edge DevOps tooling.
**What You'll Do**
* Build, test, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, etc.), ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
* Design, implement, and optimise modern CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
* Maintain platform reliability and performance by leveraging monitoring and alerting tools and supporting high availability and effective disaster recovery.
* Participate in application deployments and help manage databases and cloud resources.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product, and security teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
* Document infrastructure, automation workflows, and processes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
* Heavily leverage modern technologies, including GenAI and LLMs, to modernise and automate DevOps processes.
**Who are you?**
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working with cloud services (Scaleway, AWS, or similar), including infrastructure setup and automation.
* Hands\-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience with containerisation and a good understanding of cloud data storage technologies.
* Understanding effective monitoring, alerting, and security principles.
* Proficient problem\-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communication skills and experience in agile teams.
* Fluent in English.
