Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for an exceptional **Senior DevOps Engineer** to help us scale the infrastructure that turns cameras into intelligent systems. **Most platforms scale servers. Ours scale perception.** Antrino is the infrastructure layer that turns existing camera networks into intelligent systems — detecting behavior, understanding context, and generating real\-time insights across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and beyond. Every camera we connect is a live stream of computation, and our infrastructure is what makes that possible at scale. We're backed by Microsoft and NVIDIA, and we're going from 200 to 5,000 connected cameras in the next year. The infrastructure has to keep up. **What you'll actually be doing** You'll own the infrastructure layer of our platform. That means designing and operating the systems that ingest thousands of concurrent video streams, route them to GPU inference, and keep latency, reliability, and cost under control as we scale. You won't be writing Terraform in isolation. You'll be shipping — building the deployment pipelines, observability, autoscaling, and cost controls that let our ML and product teams move fast without breaking the platform our customers depend on. **You'll thrive here if you** * 5\+ years of experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure, ideally including time owning systems that real customers depended on 24/7 * Have built and operated production cloud infrastructure at scale, not just spun up dev environments * Know Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) deeply * Have wrangled GPU workloads, real\-time data pipelines, or streaming systems — batch jobs are the easy part * Care about latency, throughput, and cost per stream — not just uptime dashboards * Want to work on infrastructure problems that are genuinely unsolved at scale **Nice to have but not required** * Video streaming infrastructure — RTSP, WebRTC, low\-latency media pipelines * GPU orchestration — NVIDIA Triton, MIG, or similar * Multi\-tenant SaaS infrastructure with metering, budget caps, and per\-tenant cost attribution * IaC at scale — Terraform, Pulumi, or similar **What we offer** * Direct ownership of the infrastructure layer at a company that lives or dies by it * Hard problems that most DevOps engineers never get close to * Backed by Microsoft and NVIDIA — serious compute resources * Stockholm office, flexible on remote * Competitive salary \+ equity **Who we are** We started this because we believe the world's camera infrastructure is sitting largely unused — and turning it into something intelligent is one of the most interesting engineering challenges out there.
