Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Contracts Executive to join a fast growing, high energy contracting team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping group travel programmes across the UK \& Ireland.
**Senior Contracts Executive duties :**
* Negotiating competitive rates and securing hotel space for group bookings and series tours supporting the contracts manager.
* Building and managing strong relationships with hotels and service suppliers
* Working closely with internal teams to place groups and maximise opportunities
* Managing allocations, availability, and ensuring all details are accurately captured
* Identifying opportunities to optimise space, reduce risk, and drive commercial value
* Supporting sales initiatives with offers and solutions for unsold inventory
**What we’re looking for:**
* Experience in inbound UK travel, group travel, hotel reservations \- dealing with rate negotiation.
* Strong knowledge of UK \& Ireland destinations (Scotland \& Ireland a plus)
* A confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, can\-do attitude
