The company's emphasis on innovation and excellence sets it apart in the industry. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Civil Engineer. The role involves overseeing civil engineering design, project planning, and stormwater management in line with project requirements. The Senior Civil Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards throughout project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise civil construction works for telecom projects (e.g., tower foundations, equipment bases, trenching, ducting, and manholes) * Manage site teams, including engineers, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors * Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and telecom safety regulations * Review and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, layouts, and technical specifications * Coordinate with telecom engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors * Oversee site activities such as excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement works * Ensure quality control through regular inspections and minimize snags * Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of telecom site rollouts * Support telecom equipment installation by ensuring civil readiness * Manage testing, inspections, and approvals (PAT, PAC, FAC) * Prepare and submit project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) * Ensure completion of as\-built drawings and proper site documentation * Control project costs and reduce delays and rework **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s is a plus) * Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is an advantage * Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and best practices * Experience in planning and executing civil engineering projects * Knowledge of stormwater management systems * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team **Key Requirements** * Minimum 6–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in telecom infrastructure * Proven experience in telecom civil works (tower foundations, trenching, fiber routes, data centers, etc.) * Experience handling multiple sites and fast\-track project rollouts * Knowledge of telecom standards, construction practices, and safety regulations * Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills * Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory * Dubai Municipality Certificate / SOE or equivalent certification is required
