Job Title: Senior Associate, Facilitation Location: Lahore, Pakistan ( Only Lahore\-based candidates will be consider for the job) Apply: Muhammad.Amir@CureMD.com About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Associate – Facilitation to join our dynamic Administration team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless administrative operations, employee facilitation, and front desk management while maintaining high service standards across all administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to support daily operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative and facilitation activities across company campuses. Act as the first point of contact at the front desk, managing calls, guests, and correspondence in a professional manner. Draft, review, and respond to official emails and internal communications with accuracy and clarity. Maintain and update administrative records, including documentation, service requests, and operational reports. Assist in managing inventory and office supplies, including issuance of items to departments and maintaining up\-to\-date stock records. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of administrative services (housekeeping, cafeteria, transport, maintenance, etc.). Support event management, meetings, and internal functions with logistical arrangements. Ensure facility upkeep, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times. Assist in cost optimization initiatives and ensure compliance with administrative procedures. Qualifications \& Experience: Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred). Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Administration, Front Desk, or Facilitation roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in drafting professional correspondence. Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general administrative documentation. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time\-sensitive tasks efficiently. Key Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and confidentiality. Detail\-oriented with good record\-keeping and follow\-up skills. Team player with a proactive and solution\-oriented mindset.
