Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst – Systems Cloud \& Infrastructure
to join our IT team and manage, optimize, and support our hybrid IT environment.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of enterprise infrastructure across
on-premises systems and cloud platforms
, including Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Hyper-V, SQL environments, and data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and support hybrid cloud \& on-premise infrastructure
🔹 Lead 24x7 IT operations, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting
🔹 Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint \& OneDrive
🔹 Ensure security compliance, access management, MFA, and endpoint protection
🔹 Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization
🔹 Evaluate new technologies and drive automation \& efficiency improvements
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Microsoft support for escalations
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
✅ Minimum
8 years of experience
in systems, cloud, and infrastructure management
✅ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), virtualization, data centers, servers, storage, and networks
✅ Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud environments
✅ Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator / AWS SysOps are preferred
