Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Agentic AI Engineer
to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agent systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable Agentic AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks, developing robust backend services, and deploying production-ready AI applications. This role requires a strong blend of AI engineering, software architecture, cloud technologies, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable
Agentic AI architectures
for enterprise applications.
- Build and orchestrate
multi-agent workflows
using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop intelligent AI solutions leveraging
LLMs, RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory management, and autonomous agent frameworks

- Implement observability, evaluation, tracing, and monitoring using
LangSmith
.
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using
Node.js
.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party APIs.
- Deploy and manage AI applications using
Docker
, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize
Apache Kafka
for event-driven and distributed system architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership and architectural decisions.
