Senior Accountant

**SETUP:** Mainly remote, requires 1x/month in office. **CONTRACT:** 6 Months, with potential for permanent **About the Opportunity** * Lead accurate and timely revenue recognition, account activity review, and month\-end close responsibilities for assigned business units. * Reconcile revenue, expense, and balance sheet accounts while identifying and addressing discrepancies through detailed analysis. * Partner with cross\-functional teams to verify transaction completeness, resolve variances, and support workflow and process improvements. * Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation while maintaining standardized and organized records. * Assist in internal and external audit requests by providing clear documentation, explanations, and analysis. **About You** * Accounting designation is a must. * 5\+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong knowledge of revenue recognition, general ledger processes, and financial analysis. * Working experience and practical knowledge in either IFRS or US GAAP. * Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **JOB ID:** 478547 *\-\-\-\-\- DISCLAIMERS \-\-\-\-\-* *This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Highspring’s client.
