The Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing month\-end and year\-end closing statements, managing payroll and tax processes, and implementing internal controls. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with stakeholders to support strategic financial planning and ensure the financial health of the organization. **Qualifications** * Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis * Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platforms * Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and attention\-to\-detail skills * Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and provide financial insights * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in accounting or a related financial role * Experience in the startup or entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus
