Senior Accountant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry. **Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for supporting all parts of our financial reporting process. \- End\-to\-end process ownership to support finance and business partners. \- Understand internal control design concepts to assess the effectiveness of controls and design new effective processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities. \- Execute judgment and ensure the right decisions are reached to accurately report financial results. \- Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues. \- Draft technical accounting positions in plain English. \- Manage accounting projects on an ad\-hoc basis **Qualifications:** \- 4\+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field. \- Qualified Accountant, (CPA, ACA or equivalent) \- Knowledge of the internal control framework and understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency. \- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills \- Experience from a Big\-4 public accounting firm is preferred. \- Be able to work with multicultural teams and be patient and understanding \- Be able to work with a fast paced start\-up **Compensation and Benefits** * Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $76k to $146k annually, based on job\-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location. * In addition, you may receive benefits depending on the nature of employment, job position, and work location.
