The role involves managing end\-to\-end accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and delivering timely financial insights to support business decision\-making. This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, hands\-on ERP experience, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with international (US\-based) stakeholders. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking career growth and exposure to global financial operations. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial Accounting \& Reporting** * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies * Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently **Tax \& Regulatory Support** * Assist in preparation and review of federal, state, and indirect tax filings * Support compliance with US tax and statutory requirements * Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities * Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews **Systems \& Process Management** * Use ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) for accounting transactions and reporting * Support improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency * Assist in system audits, data validation, and control reviews **Business Support \& Analysis** * Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision\-making * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on cost control and financial planning initiatives **Requirements** * ACCA / CA *(Part Qualified or Finalist preferred)* or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance * 4–6 years of experience in accounting, audit, or tax roles * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards * Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus * US Tax experience is mandatory **Key Skills** * Strong accounting and analytical skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Problem\-solving mindset with ownership ability
