Senior Accountant

**Location:** Noida **Experience:** Min 2 years post\-qualification **Role Overview** We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of post\-qualification experience to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and support US GAAP reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge and hands\-on experience in general ledger management. **Key Responsibilities** * Record and review day\-to\-day Journal Entries (JEs) in accordance with accounting standards * Perform Flux (variance) analysis and provide commentary on key movements * Reconcile Indian GAAP (IGAAP) books with US GAAP reporting requirements * Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices * Handle bank documentation related to export of services, including compliance requirements * Support preparation and review of Income Statement and Balance Sheet * Conduct analysis and reconciliations, as required * Assist with audits and reporting requirements **Qualifications \& Skills** * Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory * 2 years of post\-qualification experience in accounting or finance * Strong understanding of US GAAP * Solid knowledge of GL accounting, financial statements, and reconciliations * Experience with journal entries and variance analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred) * Experience with NetSuite is a plus * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail **Preferred Attributes** * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Strong problem\-solving and process improvement mindset * Good communication skills for cross\-functional coordination
