Job Description

Senior Accountant

Are you an accountant who is as interested in new ways of working as in a clean balance sheet? Would you rather help build a modern, AI-powered finance function than just run the close in a traditional one? If you want a hands-on role at the centre of a fast-growing European group, working directly with the Group CFO, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.

About We Are Undo \& the Role

During 2026, Rethink \& Undo are joining forces under one unified brand, We Are Undo. Our mission is to change the perception of tattoos as something permanent. Today we are the market leader in Scandinavia (12 clinics under the Rethink brand) and the Netherlands (6 clinics), with a dedicated team of around 50 people.

We are growing fast. Backed by private equity capital, our ambitious plan is to scale from 18 to more than 60 clinics by 2029, expanding further into the UK, Germany, and Belgium. That growth runs on a finance function we are deliberately building to be best-in-class: NetSuite at the core, with AI and automation as the work-horses of the day-to-day. As Senior Accountant, you will work closely with the Group CFO to build and run the accounting backbone that makes this scale possible.

Your Base and Team

You will work hybrid from our office in Stockholm. You will report directly to the Group CFO and work alongside him on a genuinely modern finance stack.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to grow. You will coordinate a handful of local accounting consultants across our markets and work with an increasingly automated accounting setup, where AI agents handle much of the routine work and you focus on quality, review, and improvement. You will be one of the people defining how that human-plus-AI finance team works in practice, and your role will grow as the function does.

In this role, you will:

Run the Close \& Group Reporting: Drive the monthly close across our entities and prepare the multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation from the UK holding company down, working closely with the Group CFO on the group numbers;

Coordinate the Group Audit: Be the day-to-day point of contact for our auditors across jurisdictions: preparing schedules, managing requests, and keeping everyone to timeline. The Group CFO holds overall responsibility;

Safeguard Accounting Quality: Keep the books clean, consistent, and audit-ready across the group: reconciliations, documentation, and reporting quality, applying group accounting policy as we add entities and enter new markets;

Help Drive the ERP \& Automation Agenda:

Support the rollout of NetSuite as our group ERP and help push the automation agenda forward by testing and improving workflows where AI agents handle routine bookkeeping and reconciliation, so the finance team can focus on review, judgement, and control;

Coordinate Local Partners: Work with and align our local accounting consultants, helping set the standard for how work is delivered and reviewed across markets.

What we are looking for

Accounting Foundation: A solid accounting background with roughly 3–6 years of relevant experience. You know how a clean close and a real audit work in practice, not just in theory;

International Exposure: You have worked in an international, multi-entity or multi-currency context, or are eager to step into one, and are comfortable navigating more than one country’s accounting environment;

Audit Experience: You have been close to statutory audits (preparing for them, responding to auditors, keeping deliverables on track) and are ready to be the one coordinating them day-to-day;

Technology-Forward Mindset: This is the big one. You are genuinely excited about technology in finance. You see AI and automation as central work-horses of a modern finance function, not a threat, and you want to help build it. Comfort with tools, data, and a willingness to experiment matter more to us than years on a CV;

ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with a modern ERP is necessary. NetSuite is a real plus; experience with a comparable system (e.g. a mid-market or tier-one ERP) is what we’d expect to see;

Ownership \& Pragmatism: You take ownership of your work, you are pragmatic, and you are happy in a hands-on role where you do the work well and help the Group CFO design how it gets done;

Communication: Fluent in English, which is our working language across the group.

What we offer

A rare chance to help build a state-of-the-art, AI-native finance function from an early stage, not inherit a legacy one;

Daily collaboration with and direct access to the Group CFO, with real influence over how group accounting is run;

A front-row seat to a fast-growing, PE-backed European buy-and-build story, scaling from 18 to 60+ clinics across multiple countries;

A role designed to grow with the function, and with you;

Hybrid working from Stockholm, within an informal, ambitious, and international team.
