My client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team in the Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Oversee job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and project accounting.
- Analyze project profitability and provide financial insights to operational leaders.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support external audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on financial performance and reporting.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation (or actively pursuing) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and WIP schedules.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
