Senior Accountant

Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing global ecommerce fashion brand. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail oriented **Senior Accountant** to strengthen financial oversight, reporting accuracy, and inventory controls. This role will play a critical part in ensuring leadership has clear, timely, and accurate financial insight to support strategic decision making and sustainable growth. **Position Overview** The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing monthly financial reporting, inventory accounting, internal controls, and standard financial reporting processes. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, experience in ecommerce or inventory driven environments, and the ability to operate independently in a remote setting. You will work closely with operations, logistics, and leadership to ensure financial data accurately reflects business performance and inventory flow. **Key Responsibilities** **Month\-End Accounting** * Support month\-end and year\-end close, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations. * Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate account discrepancies. * Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with complete supporting documentation. **Controls \& Compliance** * Maintain strong accounting controls and support process improvements. * Assist with audit, review, and tax requests by preparing schedules and documentation. * Support accounts payable, expenses, payroll entries, credit card reconciliations, and other accounting transactions as needed. **Inventory Accounting** * Support inventory reconciliations, cost tracking, landed cost allocation, and cost of goods sold entries. * Assist with physical inventory count reconciliations, inventory adjustments, and related support schedules. **Skills and Qualifications** * Strong technical accounting foundation with proficiency in accounting software systems * Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities * Experience working with inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms * Experience with QuickBooks Online, Dext and Avalara is considered an asset * Highly analytical and detail oriented, with strong attention to accuracy * Comfortable operating in a fast growing, evolving environment * Strong communicator able to translate financial data into clear business insights * Process driven with a focus on strengthening internal controls * Proactive, solutions focused, and able to work independently **How to Apply** If you hold a CPA or an equivalent accounting designation, with strong experience in inventory driven and ecommerce financial reporting, we encourage you to apply through LinkedIn.
