**Team: Finance \- Location: Stockholm** Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP\&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI\-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO. **About The Role** Pacera’s Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong development mindset to take ownership of accounting activities across multiple group entities. This role will focus primarily on Pacera Group's Swedish entities. Currently, accounting operations are outsourced to an external service provider. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing these activities in\-house, working closely with the wider finance team to build efficient, scalable, and high\-quality accounting processes. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to make a tangible impact within a dynamic and growing organisation. The role reports directly to the Head of Finance. **What You Will Do** * Execute and own daily accounting activities for selected group companies * Manage monthly, quarterly and year end closings in line with group timelines for selected group companies * Draft financial statements and other statutory reports for selected group companies * Prepare and submit VAT and income tax returns for Swedish group companies * Collaborate with local accounting partners in other countries (Latvia, UK) * Implement, streamline and automate best accounting practices and processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for Pacera Group * Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies * Participate in external audits and take responsibility for audit preparation activities * Ensure proper documentation of policies, procedures, and accounting practices * Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives * Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets * Analyze financial results and provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership * Cooperate closely with AP and AR on a daily basis. * Collaboration with other Pacera teams, especially FP\&A, HR and IT. **What We’re Looking For** * Excellent knowledge in local GAAP (Sweden) and tax related matters * Strong knowledge in accounting processes and workflows * 5\+ years experience in similar roles * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field * Strong process development mindset and ability to deliver results * Good communication skills with a strong fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written * Strong NetSuite knowledge * Flexibility and ability to work under firm deadlines * Prior experience in fast spaced SaaS company is considered a plus * Group consolidation experience is considered a plus **What We Offer** * Private equity–backed growth journey with strong strategic direction * Competitive compensation package * Strong benefits package * Hybrid working options **About Pacera** Pacera is a financial operations software company supporting the Office of the CFO across planning, financial close, consolidation and reporting.
