This is a full\-time, permanent role, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in scaling environments and enjoys building robust financial processes from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in streamlining financial operations, driving automation, and delivering insight\-led reporting that informs strategic decision\-making across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of core accounting processes, month\-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness. Please do not apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and cashflow management. * Lead month\-end close processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to drive business performance. * Drive automation and process improvements across the finance function to improve efficiency and data integrity. * Deliver clear financial analysis and insight to stakeholders across the business. * Maintain strong financial controls and ensure best practices are embedded throughout the organisation. * Partner with senior leadership to support strategic financial decision\-making. ***This is not a live role. Applications will not be reviewed.*** **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within a fast\-paced or high\-growth business. * Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) required. * Strong background in financial reporting, audit, and compliance. * Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. * Highly data\-driven, with a strong interest in automation and systems optimisation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and influence cross\-functional teams. **Mandatory Requirement:** Hands\-on experience using NetSuite ERP is essential.
