Please visit our website http://www.nadg.com for more information. **Position:** Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting \& Taxation **Reports To:** Senior Manager, Financial Reporting \& Taxation **Key Responsibilities** • Record month\-end adjusting entries and capital transactions for large, complex investment funds and development properties • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting purposes • Prepare reporting packages and investor reporting for external stakeholders, as needed • Monitor cash flow activities and prepare investor distributions and other payments • Prepare audit and tax working paper files and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors • Review and monitor invoice coding to ensure accurate allocation across funds and entities • Liaise with management and third\-party financial information providers • Complete ad hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposes • Assist with other department functions as required **Qualifications** * Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field * Six to eight years of experience in accounting or financial reporting * CPA designation or enrollment in the CPA program preferred * Investment company and real estate experience ais an asset * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and time management skills required * Strong interpersonal and communication skills required * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Individual must be motivated, deadline\-oriented and work well with others * Good business judgment and ability to perform multiple tasks without frequent direction. * Resourceful; able to solve problems and work independently. * Knowledge of Yardi preferred **Vacancy Status** This posting is for an **existing vacancy** . **Hiring Process / Use of Technology** This position uses AI as part of the applicant screening or selection process. **Pay and Benefits** The annual salary range for this role is CA $85,000 \- $105,000\.
