Responsibilities
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns (T2)
- Prepare Compilation Engagement financial statements and year-end working papers
- Support personal tax engagements
- Manage CRA correspondence, reviews, and client requests
- Respond to client accounting and compliance questions
- Support bookkeeping and accounting engagements
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client service
Qualifications
- CPA designation completed and in good standing
- Public accounting experience
- Experience preparing corporate tax returns and financial statements
- Strong communication and client service skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with cloud-based technology
Experience with QuickBooks Online, CRA correspondence, and owner-managed businesses is considered an asset.
