The brand is committed to empowering its artisan communities, with over 90% of its skilled workforce comprising women artisans from Gujarat. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Senior Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage the organization’s financial records. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, reconciling accounts, managing tax filings, and participating in financial audits. Additionally, the role involves improving financial processes and providing financial insights to support the leadership team. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting * Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar * Experience with tax laws, compliance, and financial audit processes * Analytical and problem\-solving skills for financial data interpretation * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are a plus
