Senior Accountant

**Senior Accountant \| London \| VC\-Backed Tech \| £65,000–£75,000 \+ Equity** I am currently partnering with a VC backed Technology business which has recently received significant funding to continue it's growth plans. This company is looking to achieve unicorn status and is well on course for this. As you'll be joining at an early stage you will have the opportunity for equity and play a significant part within the companies growth. For this role you responsibilities will include; * Own the day to day accounting for the UK entity, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fast growing company. * Support the project team aiming to keep them on budget and cost. * Implement new systems, clean workflows and improve controls across the company. * Improve core accounting workflows, reducing manual effort and increase modern systems. * Be a number 2 to the CFO supporting strategic work and helping build the long term startegy plan. **What I'm looking for** * ACA qualified, trained in a Top 10 practice * Comfortable operating in a capex\-heavy environment * Genuinely excited about using AI and automation to transform a finance function * Thrives in a fast\-growing, high\-pace, occasionally chaotic environment where you can make a real impact If you are ready for a high\-growth exciting environment where you can make a real difference then please apply to the role and I will be able to share some more detail around this.
