Senior Accountant - Full Time

To know more about our company, please check our website: **www.helpxpat.com** **About the Role** This is a senior, hands\-on accounting role for a CPA\-qualified professional with deep experience in UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax. You will own end\-to\-end finance operations and ensure absolute accuracy in invoicing, reporting, and compliance across UAE and KSA entities. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations) * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Ensure zero\-error invoicing, revenue recognition, and job costing * Oversee UAE VAT filings, audits, and FTA compliance * Manage UAE Corporate Tax calculations, submissions, and documentation * Maintain clean balance sheets, P\&L, and cash flow reporting * Optimize and manage Zoho Books / Zoho Finance for UAE \& KSA entities * Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and audit\-ready processes * Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies * Support leadership with financial analysis and decision\-making **What We’re Looking For** * CPA qualification (mandatory) * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 5\+ years of accounting experience, with strong UAE exposure * Proven expertise in UAE VAT \& Corporate Tax * Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of error\-free invoicing * Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE accounting procedures and compliance * Proficiency in Zoho Books / ERP systems and advanced Excel * Experience handling multi\-entity and cross\-border accounts (UAE \& KSA) * Background in service\-based or professional services industries is a plus **Why Join HelpXpat?** * Work closely with senior leadership * High ownership, trust, and autonomy * Long\-term role with stability and growth **📩** Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to **careers@helpxpat.com** Only candidates meeting the CPA/CA and UAE experience requirements will be considered.
