**Senior Accountant (FP\&A / Data) \| High\-Growth Marketing Business \| Remote** Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a fast\-growing, data\-driven affiliate marketing business to hire a Senior Accountant with a strong FP\&A and data focus, supporting their expanding finance function. Our client operates at the intersection of performance marketing and technology, working with a wide range of partners and networks to deliver measurable growth. With a strong emphasis on automation, data integrity, and scalability, the business is continuing to grow rapidly and offers an exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward\-thinking finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong finance professional to take ownership of financial modelling, reporting, and data\-driven insights, while also supporting core finance processes. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and collaborate cross\-functionally with development and senior stakeholders. **The Role:** • Build and present financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision making. • Work with large and complex datasets, reconciling internal reporting with third\-party data (affiliate networks) to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Analyse performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders. • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual reporting and enhance scalability. • Partner with development and data teams to investigate discrepancies and improve data integrity across systems. • Support the assessment of tax and compliance considerations related to international trading activity. **Core Finance Responsibilities:** • Support month\-end close and management reporting processes. • Assist with VAT returns and ongoing compliance requirements. • Contribute to cashflow forecasting and financial planning. • Support payroll processes and wider finance operations. • Handle finance queries and contribute to ad hoc projects. **What We’re Looking For:** • Strong FP\&A or commercial finance experience, with a focus on financial modelling and analysis. • Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, scenario analysis, and working with large datasets. • Experience using Power BI (or similar BI tools) to interpret and present data. • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and reconciling complex datasets. • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. • Confident communicator, able to work cross\-functionally with both finance and non\-finance stakeholders. **Qualifications:** • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or at the final stages of qualification. **Desirable:** • Experience within affiliate marketing, digital media, or a performance\-driven environment. • Experience using SQL to query databases. **Salary \& Benefits:** • Up to £55,000 depending on experience. • Fully remote working (UK\-based). • Opportunity to join a high\-growth, tech\-enabled business. • Exposure to data\-led decision making and process automation.
