The organisation is known for its strong growth trajectory, collaborative culture, and focus on building scalable finance infrastructure to support expansion. **Job Description** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple entities * Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and period\-end close processes * Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with the FP\&A team * Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across different structures and jurisdictions * Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes end\-to\-end * Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting requirements where applicable * Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and financial processes * Support cash management, payments, and basic treasury\-related activities * Partner with internal stakeholders to support financial analysis and reporting needs * Assist with process improvements and finance transformation initiatives * Support ad hoc analysis and strategic finance projects **The Successful Applicant** * 3\-4 years' experience at Senior Accountant level OR 5\-7 years at Finance Associate level * Big4 audit background and/or relevant accounting/finance experience is essential within financial services (asset management, private equity, family office, investment banking, etc.) * Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards * Experience working across multiple entities or complex structures is advantageous * Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders * Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field * Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) is preferred or in progress **What's On Offer** * Competitive compensation aligned with the market * Opportunity to join a growing platform alongside an established investment team * Exposure to both operational finance and strategic finance initiatives * Strong career progression within a high\-performance environment Contact Asma Siddiqui Quote job ref JN\-042026\-6988030
