Come join us! **Role Summary:** The **Senior Accountant** will join a dynamic team tasked with building accounting close processes while integrating the accounting processes with other members and departments. **Responsibilities:** * Process accounts payable, cash, and other month\-end expense transactions, which includes posting of journal entries, processing purchase invoices, and making payment applications in the general ledger. * Process bank ACH and wire transactions, while maintaining the accuracy and completeness of AP aging and payment records. * Verify and input funds transfer and banking transactions for weekly check runs, payroll transfers, business licenses, property and other tax payments, and funding\-related wires. * Process expense reporting and credit card transactions within accounting systems and posting transactions to the general ledger. * Maintain vendor and beneficiary data and other banking information in our banking systems. * Work within Excel spreadsheets to record and reconcile daily cash balances, accounts payable transactions and accrued expenses. * Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. * Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations. * Perform other ad\-hoc assignments as requested. **Essential Job Skills:** * Ability to work independently and in a team setting * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills * Good understanding of accounting principles * Ability to multi\-task while setting priorities **Requirements:** * 4\-5 years of professional accounting experience * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience * Advanced experience with complex Excel formulas and tools * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other related accounting software * Experience with Expensify and CashPro is preferred * Availability to support Pacific Time Zone operations is preferred **Why Join Us?** We’re committed to creating an environment where our team can thrive, both professionally and personally.
