If you are looking to make travel an incredible experience today, and for future generations, and are passionate about visuals \& tech, you’re just our type. 💯 Your Role: Senior Accountant The Senior Accountant will be managing the organization’s day\-to\-day accounting and finance processes. They will collaborate with multiple departments across the organization. All while supporting the Director of Finance with month\-end deliverables. Will have a major impact on financial reporting and treasury functions.  **What you'll do:** * Full cycle bookkeeping duties * Monthly journal entries for payroll, bank, corporate credit card and accruals * Ensure accurate financial reporting and allocations to the correct departments and product lines * Work closely with creator operations team to ensure the payments for creator payouts is reconciled * Managing our corporate credit card platform and ensuring that all transactions are reflected in our reporting system * Manage our AP payments to vendors and vendor management * Manage all customer billing * Process cheques and wire payments * Work closely with other functional business leaders to develop monthly reporting dashboards and ad\-hoc financial analysis * Documentation and monitoring of internal controls * In collaboration with the manger, identify opportunities for process Improvements * Identify accounting issues and provide recommendations for resolution * Preparation of year\-end packages for audit firm, i.e. preparing the year\-end trial balance, adjusting entries and reconciling accounts * Preparation of all reconciliations including bank, credit card, accounts payable and payroll * Monthly tax filings (HST) * Contribute to ad\-hoc projects, as assigned by the Manager or the Director **Ideally you'll have:** * 3 \- 5 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles * Certified accounting designation (ie.
