Senior Accountant (CA,ACCA & CFA)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: Mindwhiz 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Wapda Town, Lahore (On\-site) 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 **:**  6:00 PM – 3:00 AM 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘇 is looking for a highly competent and detail\-oriented Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate must hold both 𝗖𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗔 (𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁) credentials. Candidates who are also 𝗖𝗙𝗔 (𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁) 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, analytical capability, and leadership skills to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective support to senior management. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀   • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements   • Ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and US GAAP.   • Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries   • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes   • Lead month\-end and year\-end closing activities   • Coordinate internal and external audits   • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely statutory compliance   • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting   • Monitor cash flow and working capital   • Identify process improvements and implement financial controls   • Support management with MIS reports and strategic financial insights 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀   • Must have CA and ACCA (Qualified or Finalist)   • CFA (Qualified or Finalist) will be preferred   • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field   • Minimum 8\+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting   • Strong experience in audit handling and regulatory compliance   • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, and US GAAP   • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)   • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 500, etc.)   • Good understanding of taxation and financial regulations 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀   • CFA (Qualified or Finalist)   • Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting   • Exposure to ERP implementations/upgrades   • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and leadership abilities   • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills   • Knowledge of multi\-country accounting standards and MIS reporting
