The Accounting Supervisor will oversee financial operations, manage accounting staff, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with all accounting regulations. Daily tasks include managing financial reports, analyzing financial data, overseeing budgets, and maintaining accounting software to ensure accurate records. The role also involves mentoring and training team members to ensure a high standard of financial reporting and process efficiency. **Qualifications** * Ready to join immediately * Experience in Odoo ERP is a must * Arabic language is a plus * Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting * Proficient Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance * Experience with industry\-standard Accounting Software * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly advantageous * Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred
