Job Description
ABC Cargo \& Courier, one of the UAE's trusted names in cargo and courier services, is hiring Senior Accountants to manage and strengthen our finance function. 4 positions are available, with immediate joining preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and the general ledger
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Support internal and external audits and month-end/year-end closing
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Qualifications:
- M.Com or higher qualification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE accounting experience with immediate joining
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet reporting deadlines
