**Senior Account Manager (Social Strategy)**

**The Role**
This is a senior client\-facing role for someone with strong agency experience and proven account leadership.
You will act as the strategic lead across key client accounts, translating business objectives into clear marketing and channel strategies that deliver real outcomes.
You will work closely with our creative, strategy, paid media, and influencer teams to move work from idea to execution, while helping clients see social as part of their broader marketing mix, not a standalone function.
You will lead accounts, guide decision\-making, and help identify new opportunities for our clients and our business.
**What Your Week Might Look Like**
• Leading a strategy session with a CPG client
• Briefing designers, creators, and copywriters on a campaign rollout
• Reviewing content plans and influencer partnerships with the team
• Identifying a new paid media or creator opportunity for an existing client
• Presenting results, recommendations, and next steps to senior marketing stakeholders
• Working with leadership to help grow client accounts and shape new opportunities
**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
Client Leadership
• Lead day\-to\-day client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner
• Run meetings with confidence, present recommendations clearly, and guide decision\-making
• Translate business goals into smart, practical social and channel strategies
• Build trust through strong communication, proactive thinking, and reliable follow\-through
• Listen for client needs and identify opportunities for organic account growth
Strategy Development
• Build social strategies that support broader marketing and business objectives
• Develop forward plans for content, campaigns, creator partnerships, and channel activity
• Connect social strategy to brand building, conversion, and customer acquisition
• Define success through meaningful KPIs tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics
• Continuously evolve strategy based on results, insights, and market shifts
Creative Leadership
• Lead content planning from ideation through execution
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, creators, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback that improves the work
• Ensure content is purposeful, well\-structured, and aligned to strategy
• Push for work that earns attention and drives action, not just fills a content calendar
Business Growth
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through strong listening and strategic thinking
• Bring ideas forward to the Managing Director, Head of Strategy, and senior team
• Help shape new opportunities across social, influencer, paid media, and broader marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the overall growth and strength of the agency
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with creative, strategy, paid media, and influencer teams to ensure strong delivery
• Help improve internal systems for planning, production, approvals, and reporting
• Support junior team members and help elevate the quality of work across the team
• Be someone people trust, rely on, and enjoy working with
**What We’re Looking For**
Experience
• 7\+ years of experience in an agency environment, ideally within social, creative, branding, advertising, or experiential marketing
• Strong experience leading client accounts independently
• Proven ability to build strategy, not just execute deliverables
• Experience managing creative workflows and directing internal teams
• Confidence presenting to senior clients and leading conversations that drive decisions
• Experience contributing to business growth through upselling, opportunity spotting, and strategic recommendations
