**Senior Account Manager (Partnerships) \| £45\-53k \| London 2 days per week, 3 day remote** Are you ready to join a team that unites technology, marketing, and sourcing to drive transformational change for the world’s leading brands? This program is the centre of our client's commitment to becoming truly customer\-centric and remains a key strategic focus for their business. As a Senior Account Manager, you will support the flawless delivery of all "Business As Usual" (BAU) and campaign activity. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering partnership rewards to the client delivery team for publication on the loyalty app * Liaising with partners to gather offer details, manage approvals, receive assets * Managing copy, communications, and approvals with the client, including paid social and email * Significant coordination and prioritisation. This is not a creative role – the role requires someone highly organised * No direct involvement in the app build, but advising on user journey and app experience * Close collaboration with the client delivery team is key **Experience required** * Strong agency\-side background require – already a Senior Account Manager in an integrated, partnerships or BTL agency environment * Confident working with demanding clients * Highly process\-driven and organised * This is not a creative role – there is no ideation or asset creation * Focused on relationship management, project delivery, approvals, and stakeholder coordination * The ability to work collaboratively with a strong eye for detail. * An understanding of partnership marketing and the ability to navigate legal/operational compliance * A degree\-level education or equivalent.
