Job Description You will own a $3m book of business for a high-growth AI document processing platform, managing strategic relationships with elite private equity and asset management firms. This role focuses on driving expansion and navigating complex renewals within a vertical that has seen 160% NRR, scaling AI agents across sophisticated financial operations.

What You Will Do
- Architect and execute growth strategies for a portfolio of Tier 1 financial services accounts to maximize expansion revenue.
- Negotiate complex commercial terms and manage the end-to-end renewal process for sophisticated institutional buyers.
- Consult with PE and asset management clients to identify and deploy new AI agent use cases across their investment operations.
The ideal candidate
- 4-5+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding expansion and retention targets.
- Deep domain expertise in financial services, specifically selling to or managing accounts within private equity or asset management.
- Technically curious and commercially rigorous, with the ability to navigate the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth AI startup.
