Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager for Sweden \& Denmark, you will be responsible for leading a small team of field-based Sales Representatives, as well as managing territory and achieving set monthly targets for each customer account. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the largest global fishing tackle business and support the team in achieving their targets. As the role is field-based, significant travel across the region is required.
Role Requirements:
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a sales team as well as a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets in a field-based sales role, ideally within the fishing industry. As well as managing a small team, you will also be responsible for several customer accounts therefore, fishing knowledge is essential. Alongside excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, you will also possess strong IT skills.
What we can offer:
As this role is field-based in Sweden; travel will be required to various locations across the given territories and sometimes other parts of Europe, therefore a clean driving license is required. You will be provided with a fully expensed Company vehicle and travel expenses will be reimbursed as needed.
