You ensure the team delivers strong sales results, daily operations run smoothly, and customers receive a good in\-store experience. **What You Will Do** **Sales \& Customer Service** * Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering good customer service * Assist customers on the shop floor and step in when needed * Lead by example in selling and customer interaction **Floor Management** * Ensure the shop floor is always covered, especially during busy periods * Guide and support the team to maintain good performance throughout the day **Operations** * Support store opening and closing procedures * Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store activities accurately * Manage stock movements including receiving, transfers, and damages * Follow all store procedures and loss prevention guidelines **Team Support** * Support training and development of team members * Communicate daily targets, tasks, and updates clearly * Assist the Store Manager with basic reporting and store follow\-ups **Store Standards** * Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards * Ensure the store is always presentable and ready for customers **What you will need:** * 6 months to 1 year experience in retail or hospitality supervising a team * Good level of English (spoken and written) * Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, SAP) **About Al\-Futtaim Retail** Al\-Futtaim Retail has established itself as one of the leaders in Retail across the Middle East, Africa \& Asia over the past 30 years.
