**Sales Executive – Business Setup \& Advisory (THABAT)**

**THABAT Business Services is a Dubai\-based firm specializing in company formation, market entry, and business advisory across the UAE. We support investors and entrepreneurs in launching and structuring businesses with a practical, execution\-focused approach.**
**Role Overview**
**We are hiring a Sales Executive responsible for generating revenue in business setup and consultancy services. This is a target\-driven role focused on acquiring clients and closing deals.**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
* Convert prospects into paying clients (full sales cycle ownership)
* Sell company formation, PRO services, and advisory solutions
* Understand client needs and recommend appropriate business structures
* Prepare proposals and close deals efficiently
* Maintain a strong pipeline and meet monthly sales targets
* Build relationships to drive repeat and referral business
**Requirements**
* Proven sales experience in UAE business setup or consultancy (preferred)
* Strong closing skills and ability to meet targets
* Existing UAE network is an advantage
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Self\-driven and results\-oriented
* Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
**Compensation**
* Base salary \+ commission based on performance
