Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Rawalpindi. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing clients via phone and in person to present services, understand business needs, and close sales opportunities. Responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves coordinating with customer service and marketing teams to optimize campaigns, support consultative sales, and enhance customer retention. The Sales Specialist will also participate in regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects, build rapport, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience with a focus on lead conversion, consultative selling, and achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Sales Management or team coordination, including reporting on KPIs and contributing to sales process improvements.
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, with a willingness to continuously refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of BPO or digital marketing services is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM or call center systems and standard office software.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on professionalism and integrity.
