Position: Sales Head
Location: Tis Hazari, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across online and offline markets.
Team \& Operations Management
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Manage regional sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and online sales associates.
Customer \& Market Focus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
Digital \& Offline Channel Oversight
- Oversee online sales channels (website, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital sales funnels).
- Manage offline retail operations, dealer networks, and direct sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and preferred Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or industrial product markets.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
- Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with marketing activities such as market research, basic digital or offline marketing, and participation in trade fairs.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for decision-making.
- Experience in textiles, industrial fabrics, construction materials, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and readiness to travel for client visits when required.
