Looking to hire 25 people to a sales team.
Comission based remote sales on deals, 500\-5000$ a deal, 25% comission.**
This is a full\-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing sales processes, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, identifying client needs, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The individual will also assist in training team members and ensuring team sales goals are met.
**Qualifications**
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
* Proficiency in Sales techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
* Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and support overall performance.
* Knowledge of Sales Management, including pipeline management, strategy development, and performance tracking.
* Strong organizational skills, goal\-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
* Relevant experience in the sales industry preferred; previous experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
