Job Description
A fast\-growing delivery and logistics company focused on providing reliable, efficient, and cost\-effective delivery solutions for businesses and customers across the region. We are looking for a driven and results\-oriented Sales Account Manager to help expand our client base and grow revenue.
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, confident in sales, and experienced in managing B2B accounts within logistics, delivery, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision\-makers.
* Present and promote AsiaFast Delivery services to potential customers.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
* Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
* 2\+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
* Experience in logistics, courier, or delivery services is an advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Self\-motivated, proactive, and results\-driven.
* Excellent relationship\-building and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Valid driving license is a plus.
