The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. **Qualifications** * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients * Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and driving revenue * Ability to conduct Training sessions and support team development * Excellent interpersonal and problem\-solving skills * Proactive attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision * Experience in the IT or technology services sector is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
