**Sales Officer (Solar Field)**
**Location:** Sialkot Division

**Job Description**
Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a **target\-oriented Solar Sales Executive** for field sales operations in the **Sialkot Division**. The role involves **B2B and B2C sales**, regular client visits, lead generation, and closing solar energy projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial clients (B2C \& B2B).
* Generate leads, present solar solutions, and close sales deals.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
* Conduct site visits for basic project assessment and client requirement analysis.
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and Head Office for pricing, proposals, and project execution.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow\-ups and professional service.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* **Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy sector.**
* **1–3 years of proven field sales experience** (B2B/B2C preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Basic understanding of solar systems, net metering, and solar solutions.
* Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the **Sialkot Division**.
