Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales \& Marketing professional to develop business opportunities, manage key accounts, and promote our footwear products in the local and export markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships with footwear brands, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in footwear brands, wholesalers, and retailers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers

Marketing \& Brand Promotion

• Promote company products (rubber soles, footwear)
• Conduct market research on footwear trends, competitor products, and pricing
• Support branding activities, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Coordinate with design and production teams for customer requirements

Client Management

• Handle client inquiries and provide product presentations
• Manage order follow-ups from inquiry to delivery
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally

Reporting \& Coordination

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams
• Maintain updated customer database and sales pipeline

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 7 years of experience in sales \& marketing (footwear, manufacturing preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of the footwear industry and market trends
• Ability to travel for client meetings and business development
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
