**The Role**
This is a frontline commercial role with direct impact on revenue, brand positioning, and market expansion.
As Sales Manager, you will own and drive high\-value sales cycles globally, from first contact to delivery, while building a pipeline that supports both short\-term revenue and long\-term market leadership.
You are not here to “support sales.”
You are here to close deals, build markets, and raise the bar for how electric boats are sold.
**What You Will Be Responsible For**
**Drive Revenue**
* Own full sales cycles across key markets, from lead to delivery
* Consistently deliver against ambitious quarterly and annual targets
* Convert interest into committed customers through structured follow\-up and discipline
**Build a High\-Quality Pipeline**
* Identify and activate high\-potential prospects across private and B2B segments
* Develop relationships with buyers, partners, and decision\-makers, not just leads
* Maintain a strong, forward\-looking pipeline with clear conversion ownership
**Win in the Field**
* Represent X Shore at major global boat shows and targeted events
* Run sea trials and product demos that convert into sales
* Operate independently across markets and time zones
**Own Your Numbers**
* Use CRM actively to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track conversion
* Bring visibility and accountability to sales performance
* Work closely with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion
**Strengthen Market Position**
* Capture insights from customers, competitors, and markets
* Feed back into pricing, positioning, and product decisions
* Help shape how X Shore wins in priority regions
**What We’re Looking For**
**Proven Closer**
* Track record of selling high\-value products (€100k–€1M\+)
* Demonstrated ability to close deals—not just generate interest
**Relevant Industry Experience**
* Background in marine, yachting, automotive, or high\-end technical products
* Strong understanding of premium/luxury customer expectations
**Commercial Discipline**
* Structured in pipeline management and follow\-up
* Comfortable being measured on conversion, revenue, and activity
**Network Advantage**
* Existing relationships in relevant ecosystems (marine, UHNW, lifestyle, or B2B segments) is a plus, but execution matters more
**Mobility \& Ownership**
* Willing and able to travel extensively
* Operates independently and takes full ownership of results
**Technical Curiosity**
* Able to understand and communicate the experience, product performance, and what makes X Shore unique, not just features
* Comfortable learning electric drivetrains, software, and system benefits
**Communication**
* Clear, direct communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Fluent in English (additional languages are valuable)
