Job Summary:
The Sales Manager shall be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners. The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
➤ The Sales Manager shall be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
➤ The Sales Manager shall be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
➤ The Sales Manager shall identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
➤ The Sales Manager shall maintain the client database and monitor sales performance to ensure accurate reporting.
➤ The Sales Manager shall prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
➤ The Sales Manager shall collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications \& Skills:
➤Candidates from the banking sector (Sales Officer, Relationship Officer)
➤ UAE National.
➤ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
➤ 3 - 4 years of experience in sales or relationship management (banking/corporate preferred).
➤ A UAE driving license is mandatory.
➤ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
➤ Result-oriented with strong analytical, organisational, and time management abilities.
