Role Description
Vurke Inc. is seeking a dynamic, IT-experienced, and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. The role includes overseeing the sales team, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional client service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position will require active collaboration with other departments to align on objectives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Sales and Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability in identifying and converting leads, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Expertise in maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and providing excellent client service.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analytical skills for researching industry trends, conducting competitive analysis, and generating sales reports.
- Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to meet organizational objectives.
- Adaptability and Problem-solving: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, address challenges, and develop solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools: Familiarity with tools that enhance sales processes and track metrics effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in the technology, ITES, or business services sector is advantageous.
