**Sales Manager: Nicotine Raw Materials**

**The Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our footprint in the nicotine raw materials market. This role is focused on building and managing high\-value relationships with manufacturers across the Tobacco and Nicotine sectors worldwide. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and scaling our global presence.
***What You’ll Do***
**Sales \& Business Development**
* Drive and manage sales of pharma\-grade nicotine and related raw materials
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across all relevant segments
* Build and execute a clear commercial strategy to grow market share
**Client \& Account Management**
* Manage and grow key international accounts
* Build long\-term relationships with manufacturers and decision\-makers
* Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
**Market Expansion \& Strategy**
* Identify new markets, trends, and partnership opportunities
* Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy
* Support pricing, positioning, and commercial decision\-making
**Industry Presence**
* Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events
* Strengthen Vitalnic’s presence within the global nicotine ecosystem
* Develop and maintain a strong industry network
**What We’re Looking For**
* 5\+ years B2B sales management experience
* Background in chemicals, raw materials, flavours, or adjacent sectors (PG/VG, machinery, industrial inputs)
* Proven track record of selling physical products in a market with big and small players
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Based within 100 km of Frankfurt
**Nice to Have**
* Italian and/or Spanish language skills
* Existing network in nicotine/tobacco industry
* Experience with regulated or pharma\-grade products
* Trade show exposure
* Background in chemicals, raw materials, flavours, or adjacent sectors (PG/VG, machinery, industrial inputs)
