**Location:** Karachi (On\-site) **Shift:** 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (Aligning with North American Business Hours) **Reporting to:** Lead Consultant (Functional) / CEO (Administrative) **About the Company:** Company is a dynamic provider of integrated business solutions, spanning IT services, strategic consulting, and specialized financial outsourcing. We partner with North American firms to streamline their operations through innovative technology and high\-touch professional services. We are currently scaling our outbound operations for our U.S.\-based Accounting and Tax division and are looking for a foundational sales leader to drive this growth. **About the Role:** We are seeking a results\-oriented **Sales Manager** to build, lead, and scale our outbound sales and call center operations specifically for the U.S. and Canadian Accounting/Tax markets. As the first key hire in this department, you will not just manage a team; you will be responsible for the Go\-To\-Market (GTM) strategy, script optimization, and creating the blueprint for our client acquisition efforts. This is a high\-impact role for a leader who understands the nuances of B2B financial services sales. **Key Responsibilities:** * **GTM \& Strategy:** Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounting and tax clients across the US and Canada. * **Team Building:** Recruit, train, and manage a high\-performing team of sales representatives and lead generation agents from the ground up. * **Performance Management:** Establish clear KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly) and monitor results through data\-driven reporting. * **Sales Optimization:** Build and refine outbound calling scripts, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach tailored to US CPA firms and SMEs. * **Pipeline Oversight:** Manage the CRM end\-to\-end, ensuring a healthy pipeline and high conversion rates from lead to paying client. * **Direct Closing:** Personally handle high\-value negotiations and escalations to ensure successful closures. **Requirements (Non\-Negotiable):** * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales management, specifically within a BPO or outsourcing environment. * **Domain Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the US/Canada accounting, tax, or financial services landscape. * **Market Alignment:** Demonstrated experience in handling North American clients and managing teams on night shifts. * **Strategic Capability:** Ability to build a sales function from scratch—from scriptwriting to CRM setup. * **Communication:** Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a focus on consultative selling. **Compensation \& Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** 150,000 – 200,000 PKR (Negotiable up to 250,000 PKR for exceptional profiles). * **Commission:** Aggressive structure (10–15% based on sales performance). * **Growth:** A ground\-floor opportunity to lead a department in a fast\-growing international firm. * **Environment:** A professional, performance\-driven culture with direct access to executive leadership.
