Join a team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and delivering memorable entertainment experiences. **Role Description** Tokyo Industries is seeking a Sales Manager for a full\-time, on\-site position based in Manchester. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales growth for designated venues, develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing sales teams, creating promotional campaigns, and working collaboratively with venue managers to enhance marketing initiatives and maximize bookings. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, provide critical insights to leadership, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. **Qualifications** * Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively. * Proficiency in sales strategy development, account management, and contract negotiation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Experience in market analysis, data interpretation, and developing actionable insights. * Familiarity with digital marketing, promotion planning, and brand management. * Ability to work collaboratively within a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment. * Knowledge of the entertainment, hospitality, or nightlife industries is highly advantageous. * Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with venue operations and events. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
