Sales Manager

About the Role** We are hiring experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales within the UAE market.  The ideal candidate will either have an established network of HR leaders, business owners, and recruitment agencies, or has the ability to generate new leads. **2\. About Us** Talent Manager is an assessment platform. Our solutions enable HR teams to understand candidate and employee behavior beyond the resume, minimizing costly hiring mistakes. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across the UAE, including HR departments, business leaders, and recruitment agencies. * Utilize and expand your professional network to create new business opportunities. * Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. * Realise at least 10 sales per month. **4\. Requirements** Proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market. Existing network of HR or business decision\-makers, or demonstrable lead generation expertise. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions.
