Job Description
**Do you want to play a key role in driving VAK Group’s growth in Sweden? We are now seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our position and expand our business in Central and Northern Sweden.**
VAK Group has set clear growth ambitions towards 2030, with Sweden identified as a key market for expansion. The strategy is focused on increasing both production\-related sales and service revenues, supported by ongoing investments in production capacity, infrastructure and the expansion of the service network. A central part of this journey is to strengthen market presence, increase customer engagement and build a more structured and proactive sales approach in Sweden.
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in executing this strategy. You will be responsible for driving sales and developing the business within your region, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition, long\-term relationship building and profitable growth. You will operate close to the market, identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs and translating them into commercial solutions. You will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where initiative, ownership and strong execution are key. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and the wider VAK organization, you will contribute to both immediate sales results and long\-term market development. You will report to the Sales Director Scandinavia.
**Your key responsibilities will be:**
* Drive sales of VAK’s products and services in Central and Northern Sweden, in line with the company’s growth strategy
* Actively identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers
* Plan and execute sales activities, including customer visits, prospecting and participation in fairs and events
* Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored, value\-creating solutions
* Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring both competitiveness and profitability
* Contribute to sales planning, budgeting and follow\-up within your area of responsibility
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and strong customer delivery
* Support the continuous development of VAK’s sales processes and ways of working
* Ensure clear communication and information flow within your area and across the organisation
**Who are you?**

You are comfortable taking ownership of your territory and enjoy working close to the market, combining structured sales work with a proactive and opportunity\-driven approach. You have a clear hunter mindset and a strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, while also building long\-term relationships with customers. You are result\-oriented, structured in your approach and motivated by achieving both short\-term targets and long\-term growth. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates well across functions and contributes positively to the overall organisation.
**We believe you bring:**
* Experience from B2B sales, preferably within project\-based, technical or industrial environments
* Documented track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and follow\-up
* Solid commercial understanding and experience in translating customer needs into business opportunities
* Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel within the assigned region
* Experience from heavy transport, equipment or related industries is considered an advantage
**Location**
The role is based in Sweden, preferably in Central or Northern Sweden, with flexibility for the right candidate.
